The purpose of these General Terms of Use—hereinafter, the Terms—is to regulate access to and use of the Website.

For the purposes of these Terms, the Website shall be understood to include the external appearance of the screen interfaces, whether static or dynamic, including the navigation structure; all elements incorporated into the screen interfaces and navigation structure—hereinafter, the Content—and any online services or resources that may be offered to Users—hereinafter, the Services.

NurSoothe reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as any Content and Services that may be incorporated into it.

The User acknowledges and accepts that NurSoothe may, at any time, interrupt, disable, or cancel any of the elements integrated into the Website or access to them.

Access to the Website is open and free of charge. The User is not required to provide any payment in order to access or use it, except for the connection costs charged by the telecommunications network provider contracted by the User.

NOTE

Section VI retains Spanish governing law and jurisdiction because those provisions appear in the original template. Since the Website owner is domiciled in Honduras and the Website is directed at users in the United States of America, this provision should be reviewed before publication to determine which governing law and jurisdiction should actually apply.
